The Talk Show Format

This vehicle was designed for presentations during the opening sessions of most conferences. The concept was to alleviate the sometimes "other product" presentations that are made as an overview for the entire sales force. This becomes a particularly crucial setting when the product information presented does not directly apply to everyone present and is merely included as an overview. The talk show alleviates the dull and static aspects of this situation.

We have constructed talk shows that have totally unique characters and formats. The idea is to create an informal point of discussion that integrates multi media support information with off the cuff dialogue. The two cast members effectively bridge speakers and keep the ball rolling through a humourous and lively dialogue with the "guests". The guests in this instance all happen to be product managers or appropriate presenters. Their method of presentation differs according to the nature of the information presented. The result is fast paced, interactive meeting that ensures that the audience is informed and entertained.

The Court Room

Presenting a new product or unveiling a new marketing strategy to a sales force can be a tricky business. Often times members of the audience will formulate questions that can go unanswered. The result is an ineffective presentation that has created lingering doubts in the minds of those who are responsible for its success.

To alleviate this problem, we have created a forum that allows the product /strategy to be presented in a fast paced manner that answers all of the audiences' questions and eliminates all possible doubt as to the success of the presentation.

We have created a court-room environment that effectively blends your people with professional actors. The presentation then unfolds as a court case with various evidence presented by your people under a rigorous system of comedic cross examination.

The result is a strongly positioned statement by the bench, not only endorsing the presentation but dovetailing the aims with a strongly worded motivational statement that will send your people out of the meeting eager to deliver your ideas.

The above can also be neatly integrated into the evening meal as a complete evening of entertainment. We call this event, "The Trial By Dinner"

The Live/Interactive Audience Talk Show

It has been our experience, that certain situations demand an immediate response from the audience. In the corporate world, these situations usually have to do with change. In answer to this situation, we have developed the "Donahue" format. Like its namesake, this format is based upon the presentation of the issue at hand by a panel of experts. The Donahue character acts as a moderator for the "town hall meeting" that develops.

In every instance, the "Donahue" character is diligently educated as to all of the information involved. The result is a presentation that allows for direct feedback from the audience while still maintaining the necessary control of the meeting environment.

The Guest Speaker

Starting off a meeting on the right foot can be a dilemma. You want to grab the group's attention and set them up for the days' presentations. Evenfest has addressed this problem by creating the "Guest Speaker" scenario.

Our guest speaker is always an industry related official from the recently formed country of Belorussia who presents his presentation entirely in Russian. The accompanying interpreter explains the gist of the speech with hilarious results.

This five minute comedic kickoff, is a hilarious way to wake up the troops first thing in the morning.
